Authorized Dealer Information

At Pop'N Skateboarding, we are authorized dealers for all the products that we sell. 100% of all products we carry, are guaranteed to be brand new, authentic, from the manufacturer(s) directly.

 

 

Payment Information

 

Pop'N Off Skateboarding happily accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Payments, Shop Pay & Apple Pay.

 

 

Order Information

 

Orders are processed/shipped Monday thru Saturday, with Holidays being excluded. Typically, orders placed before 2pm EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following day. It is highly recommended to create a free account with us, on our website, when placing an order, so that you can conveniently reference your order. This includes viewing your order history, being able to track your orders, managing gift cards, and more.

 

 

Delivery & Shipping Information

 

Pop'N Off Skateboarding offers delivery and in-store pickup options. Orders containing $100 or more of product, ship for free, within the Continental United States. PLEASE NOTE: Skateboard Decks, special release products and anything labeled as a "Quickstrike" or "Limited Release" is excluded from the free shipping promotion. We do offer very reasonable shipping rates for products that are excluded. Customers will receive a confirmation email, upon their order being placed. Another email will be sent, once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided in said shipping email. If you fail to receive any of the confirmations please contact us

All orders are shipped from Vero Beach, Florida. Fast & affordable shipping options are available, USUALLY taking about 1-5 Business days to arrive, from the day the order was shipped. 

Customers who elect for in-store pickup, must pickup their order(s) from our Vero Beach location during normal business hours. You will receive an email, notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. Please note, you MUST have either the order confirmation email available or the order number, and a valid I.D. that MATCHES the name on the order that was placed. There are no exceptions.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Please contact us as soon as possible if needing to request an order cancellation. Please note that orders that have already entered the shipping process, may not be eligible for cancellation.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Thank you for your order and continued support. We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase & online experience. We will go the extra mile to accommodate your online returns, as long as they meet the criteria(s) listed below.

Due to the limited nature of the products we offer, we cannot issue refunds for online sales of Special Release/Quickstrike/Items listed as "Limited Release"/Sale items and or discontinued items. All returns and or exchanges, will be authorized at the discretion of Pop'N Off Skateboarding. 

Terms of our return policy are subject to change without advanced warning at the discretion of Pop'N Off Skateboarding. Please be aware of return/exchange policies when placing an online order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are 100% the responsibility of the customer. A service that offers tracking information is highly recommended when shipping a return item back to Pop'N Off Skateboarding. Pop'N Off Skateboarding is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged returned packages.  

All products must be returned as they were received as follows:

Double Boxed (Using an outer shipping box. DO NOT slap a label on a shoe box and expect it to be accepted as it will be returned to sender.)

All products being returned must include all original packaging, including the manufacturers packing paper for footwear, ALL factory tags STILL attached, which may include extra laces for some footwear & in UNUSED/UNWORN condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn or used products.

Please include your original order confirmation (print the confirmation email) or include a note that has your name, email address, and order number to ensure we refund the correct account. Please include the exchange size(s) or refund request. 

All sale items & skateboard hardgood item purchases are final. Any products listed with price discounted as "Sales" or any and all skateboard hardgoods including decks, trucks, wheels, complete decks and cruisers, are not eligible for returns. Please double check and make sure your sizing is correct. 

Please do not ship any items back BEFORE contacting us. Visit contact us or email popnoffskate@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, for a return authorization. 

All products being returned must include all original packaging, including the manufacturers packing paper for footwear, ALL factory tags STILL attached, which may include extra laces for some footwear & in UNUSED/UNWORN condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn or used products.

All returns must include your original packaging list and or receipt(s).

All returns must be received by Pop'N Off Skateboarding no later than 30 days of the invoice date.

Only returns containing incorrect merchandise will be eligible for a refund. In the event of an incorrect shipment, Pop'N Off Skateboarding will kindly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit in the form of a gift card/promo code or issue a refund to your original form of payment.

 

International Shipping

 

Unfortunately, Pop'N Off Skateboarding does not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is strictly based in the United States and we do apologize for this inconvenience.
